The philosophy of the García de Verdevique winery is to produce natural wines from the highest vineyards in Europe (1150-1400 metres) located in the heart of the Sierra de la Contraviesa - Alpujarra of Granada. Our wines are not subjected to any type of filtration or stabilisation, nor are any chemical elements added, which results in a wine of excellent quality, with the heart and soul of the countryside where it was born, just as the land gives it. This sparkling wine made by the traditional method has created its own identity over the 18 years of production, thanks to factors such as the use of a native grape variety such as Vigiriego or the special microclimate of the Sierra de la Contraviesa, its growing area. A sparkling wine capable of taking centre stage at the most special and festive events.
